In 2015, a group of Christian men that shared the same biblical conservative world view and passion for a safer nation for all, put their faith into action and formed a diverse, faith-based militia to protect bystanders and escort them to their cars during the BLM riots. Through the grace and leading of the Holy Spirit, this network of Christian men developed in 2019 into what is now known as United Patriots for America that has been featured domestically and internationally in various media publications as well as televised interviews and documentaries for their efforts in combatting child trafficking. Founder and President Samuel Hall was born and raised in Dallas, TX. Samuel attended Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, and during Bible College, he took part in various Missions trips that included missions to Uganda and Kenya, Africa and Jamaica. In 2019, Samuel Hall and UPFA felt the Holy Spirit’s clear leading: this was the battle they were called to fight and UPFA would pivot to having a sole foundational mission of rescuing children from the dark abyss of child trafficking.

United Patriots for America is a 508(c)(1)(a) non-profit ministry whose primary mission is to rescue children from sex trafficking and exploitation. Our team intercepts child predators with our online initiative, “transaction intercept”, by utilizing aggressive AI cyber patrols that identify dozens of child predator each month attempting to solicit minors for in- person, nefarious exploitation and assault. With our high school ISD initiative, we educate, equip and empower students with informational tools to recognize and protect themselves and their loved ones from online predatory behavior as well as real-time exploitation and grooming tactics. Our mission critical goal and vision is to build a healing campus that provides safe housing, medical care, educational programs, security and Christian counseling to help bring restoration to survivors through the miraculous power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Our Story: From Awakening to Action
A faith-driven pivot that turned patriotic community protection into a mission to rescue children from sex trafficking.
Founder and President Samuel Hall’s story is one of radical transformation. What began as a conservative Christian group focused on rally security and constitutional rights in 2015 evolved into a mission to protect the most vulnerable, our children. Samuel is willing to die on this hill, even while facing federal scrutiny and legal battles to ensure that no child would be left behind. Today, Samuel leads United Patriots for America, a non-profit ministry that rescues children from the darkness of sex trafficking through rigorous online intercepts and physical rescues as well as UPFA has launched a school initiative to speak directly to high school students.

Our Mission
Today, UPFA operates as the “hands and feet of Jesus Christ” — (Isaiah 6:8: “Here I am, Lord. Send me.”) rescuing children through online cyber patrols and transaction intercepts, physical rescues, school prevention programs (ISD initiative), restoring survivors from prostitution and homelessness through the street ministry of our Illinois chapter, and our vision for a healing campus where survivors are able to find true freedom and sanctity through the authority of Jesus Christ. UPFA has official member chapters in Texas and Illinois, as well as affiliate chapters in Kansas City, Missouri,
Virginia, Arizona and Florida.

We operate at the intersection of technology and faith, utilizing elite VICE unit methodologies to intercept predators before they strike. Our cyber patrols are the first
line of defense, consistently catching double-digit predators per session while working in
cohesion with federal and state agencies. We don't just monitor; we hunt. Every intercepted transaction is a victory for the future, ensuring that no child is left vulnerable
to the darkness of online exploitation.

We are building a future healing campus in Texas where survivors can find freedom and restoration through Jesus and a second chance at a future. Our vision is to provide a safe environment with housing, faith-based therapy, education, and medical care, ensuring that every rescued child feels loved, hopeful and restored.
